Sterilization Validation

Sterilization Testing can be a hurdle when considering new equipment for the medical device labels. The testing that has been proven and necessary can be a daunting project to take on to update your process.

To help guarantee the quality of our labels with the Epson C7500, we have done the sterilization testing for you. We put our premium Matte PP label material through sterilization and a 5-year accelerated aging test to determine how it will hold up to conditions necessary for the medical device industry. These three independent laboratory tests are an assurance to medical device manufacturers, and those in other industries, that the LTX 855 matte label will meet all requirements.
